  • Founder and President

    A lifelong New Yorker, Dina Ferraiuolo has dedicated her career to shaping the City’s infrastructure. With 15 years of experience, she has managed major civil engineering projects, including roadway and streetscape improvements, public infrastructure upgrades, and the civil engineering aspects of large-scale affordable housing projects. Her experience includes collaborations with NYCDOT, NYCEDC, NYCDDC, MTA, PANYNJ, and private real estate developers.

    Dina founded DMF to provide civil engineering solutions that balance technical excellence with real-world practicality. She understands the intricacies of working with public agencies and private-sector stakeholders, navigating regulatory requirements and design challenges to advance critical infrastructure projects.

    Beyond her technical expertise, Dina is committed to mentorship and industry engagement, serving as a co-chair for the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) Greater New York Mentoring Program. She is passionate about supporting women in transportation and engineering and fostering the next generation of industry leaders.
